The Signature Practice

EFT at the centre. A whole-person frame around it.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the small physical act of tapping on nine acupressure points while gently meeting what's hard. It calms the amygdala in minutes, dissolves stuck emotion, and re-wires old patterns at the source.

Around it I weave breathwork, somatic inquiry, journaling rituals and ancestral wisdom — so the work reaches your nervous system, your story and your spirit at once.
